1. Data Architecture & Telemetry

The Win or Win Game Plan assessment processes question choices locally in your browser during your session. Upon completing the assessment questions, scoring research telemetry is recorded to calculate your Starting Five archetype, generate your personalized 11-chapter reading sequence, and support long-term assessment science and scoring calibration.

2. Local Browser Resume State

In-progress assessment draft state is saved temporarily in your browser's local storage so you can refresh or resume without losing progress. In-progress drafts automatically expire after 7 days and are cleared immediately upon successful completion. Completed assessment results are cached in your local browser for up to 7 days for fast rendering.

3. Optional Email Communications & Pseudonymous Key Isolation

Providing an email address to receive your digital Game Plan identity card and personalized reading sequence is entirely optional. If you choose to submit your email:

• Your email address is processed via Kit (ConvertKit) strictly for transactional delivery of your requested Game Plan results.
• Assessment research telemetry stored in our primary database remains pseudonymous. Plain text email addresses are never written into assessment research tables. Delivery proofs use cryptographic HMAC key isolation to separate email identity from research session data.
• Receiving ongoing marketing newsletters or updates from Tamika Tyson requires separate explicit opt-in consent during email entry. You may unsubscribe from marketing or transactional emails at any time.

4. Privacy Choices, Geography Controls & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We use a first-party, geography-sensitive privacy control plane to respect user choice while maintaining independent business measurement:

• First-Party & GA4 Analytics: We process first-party aggregate measurement and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) traffic metrics strictly to evaluate site health, landing page paths, and funnel completion rates. Assessment result details, individual scoring answers, and signed result tokens are strictly firewalled and never transmitted to analytics or advertising providers.
• Strict Opt-In Jurisdictions (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Quebec, and unclassified non-US locations): Optional analytics scripts remain blocked by default until explicit affirmative opt-in consent is granted via our consent banner.
• Notice & Opt-Out Jurisdictions (United States): Aggregate analytics operate by default under a notice-and-opt-out model unless you opt out via our footer Privacy Choices link or transmit a browser signal.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize universal browser opt-out signals (Sec-GPC: 1 or navigator.globalPrivacyControl). When GPC is active, cross-context advertising, remarketing, and targeted advertising processing are automatically suppressed.
